  • At EARTHBOUND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

    Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

    • Sale items are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.

    Return Process:

    1. Please contact our customer service team at weartheearthbound@gmail.com to initiate your return.

    2. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions for shipping.

    3. Pack the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip along with the return authorization number.

    4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

    Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

    Exceptions:

    • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
